New Berlin Hills Golf Course, part of Troon, in New Berlin, Wisconsin, is offering a part-time bartender position for a seasonal arrangement lasting six months or less. You will stock the bar, mix and serve beverages, help with inventory and cash handling, and ensure compliance with liquor laws.

The role requires you to be at least 18, have a HS diploma or GED, and possess or obtain a Wisconsin bartender license; previous bartending experience or training is required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of bartending experience or training, or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin bartender license or ability to obtain one.
• Alcohol Awareness Training completed or willing to obtain.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.

Responsabilidades

• Stock the bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, assist in cost control and inventory.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor supplies, communicating needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate guest requests to the department manager.
• Perform opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning and restocking.
• Utilize the POS system for transactions and cash handling.
• Review banquet schedule and events and serve catered parties from service or portable bars.
• Occasionally serve meals to guests; follow safe work practices.
• Perform other duties as required.
