Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area.
• Adheres to liquor regulations pertaining to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies.
• Maintains stock and garnishes to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes drink orders; mixes and presents drinks.
• Checks identification for proper service.
• Performs general cleaning tasks and keeps area organized.
