Job summary

Black Cap Coffee & Bakery of Vermont is seeking a part-time, seasonal team member for our Waterbury location. You will welcome customers, take orders, and craft beverages and food with care, while maintaining a clean, friendly store environment.

Role requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Compensation is $14.45 per hour base plus a share of tips and fees, totaling approximately $19.45–$24.45 per hour depending on tips. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service.
• Describe menu items and beverages using product knowledge.

• Prepare hot/cold beverages and food per recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and dining spaces.
