Job summary

Eataly in Los Angeles is seeking a Barback to support the beverage team and keep the bar area clean, stocked, and running smoothly during a seasonal period. You will assist bartenders and help maintain high guest service standards.

The role requires knowledge of beer and wine, flexibility for nights/weekends, and the ability to stand for long shifts. Pay is hourly with tips; potential for longer-term opportunities based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of beer and wine.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the bartender whenever necessary.
• Replenishes all beverages, ice, glassware, roll ups, plates and supplies from warehouse.
• Maintains a sanitary environment and clears used glassware, china and silverware.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
