Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production or Produce, and counter roles in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood. You’ll help guests create meal solutions, stock shelves, and assist with trimming and prepping foods while maintaining a professional appearance.

Candidates should be passionate about service, at least 16 (or 18 for certain departments), and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age, or 18 years of age in Deli, Bakery, Produce.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to understand needs.
• Merchandise and stock products, assist guests across departments.
• Weigh, scan, and handle cash transactions where appropriate.
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintain professional appearance.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and ready-to-eat solutions as needed.
