Qualifications

• Culinary certification or one year of experience in a commercial bakery is required.
• Must be able to obtain an Alaska Food Handler Card.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years to reside in company housing.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Food production in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment, kitchenware, chemicals, and linens.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in work and storage spaces.
• Stocking and organizing kitchen products; rotate inventory.
• Complete sanitization and food safety logs as directed.
