Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash accurately.
• Uphold merchandising and store standards.
• Prepare merchandise for floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and cleaning tasks.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
