Position Overview: Seasonal Selling Associate

The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• On the sales floor: Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers; proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively; provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions; convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
• At the cash wrap: Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, process transactions accurately, reinforce buying decisions, and encourage additional purchases; recover the cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processing and replenishment: Process merchandise to floor ready status; maintain back room and under stock to brand standards; replenish merchandise to ensure product is on the floor; assist with projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and stock adjustments as needed.
• Floorset activity: Execute floorset proficiently; adhere to brand standards; assist with back room and under stock maintenance.

Common Associate Responsibilities

• Drive top line store sales results and grow the business
• Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator
• Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
• Recover and replenish merchandise
• Understand and adhere to visual merchandising standards
• Assist in housekeeping and report maintenance issues

• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing

Salary information: Minimum Salary: $12.00; Maximum Salary: $14.25. VSCo provides a range of compensation for this role. Your actual salary will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
