Job summary

Sephora Georgetown store is hiring a Seasonal Associate to provide outstanding client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

The role offers flexible weekly hours (0–14 hours) with shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced team setting. Prior retail or client-focused experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$21.75 - $24.88/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
