Job summary

Sephora DC-Georgetown is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and contribute to a Belong to Something Beautiful environment.

Flexible scheduling with 0–14 hours per week, must be available nights, weekends and holidays, and be a reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
