Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. at MD-Woodmore Towne Centre is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak periods. You will help provide an outstanding client experience while keeping the store stocked and visually ready.

This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment and opportunities to Belong to Something Beautiful. Expect 0–14 hours per week with availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$19.80 -$22.90/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
