Job summary

Carter's is hiring a Seasonal Associate. You will be the first face of the brand, greeting customers and helping them find baby and children's clothing. You will resolve issues, assist with omnichannel needs, and handle POS transactions in a busy store environment.

We look for a positive, customer-focused mindset, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Availability may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and balance multiple customers.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to customers, including credit.
• Help minimize losses by maintaining a safe, clean store.
