Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, help them explore baby essentials, and assist with school readiness and everyday moments.

In a busy retail setting you will resolve issues, support omnichannel shopping, process transactions at the register, restock floors, and promote promotions and the loyalty program while keeping the store inviting and safe.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
