Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the welcoming face for families. You’ll greet customers, help them explore baby basics, and assist with school prep purchases while maintaining a friendly, inclusive store environment.

In this role you will handle POS transactions, restock floors, and participate in promotions and loyalty programs. Availability including weekends and holidays is often required to support busy periods.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product styles and features.
• Resolve issues promptly and balance multiple customers in a busy store.

• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
