Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate at our Santa Monica location to provide exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a visually ready store and contribute to a welcoming environment.

The role is hourly, non-exempt, with flexible hours (0–14 per week) and availability during peak retail periods, including nights and weekends. Candidates with retail or client-facing experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$22.60 -$26.00/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
