Sephora Beverly Hills is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide outstanding client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak times. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment.

The role is hourly, non-exempt with flexible hours (0–14 per week) and shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$22.60 -$26.00/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
