Job summary

Sephora in Pleasanton is seeking a flexible, hourly associate to join our team. The role centers on delivering outstanding client experiences, supporting store operations, and maintaining Sephora’s brand standards in a busy retail setting.

You will assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily tasks, while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store culture. Candidates must be reliable, collaborative, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Your Role at Sephora

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$22.60 - $26.00/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
