Job summary

Sephora The Great Mall Milpitas is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while keeping the store visually ready and stocked. This flexible, hourly role supports store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will work 0–14 hours weekly, must be available nights, weekends and holidays, and help with inventory, merchandising, and customer service. The position offers a welcoming environment where belonging to something beautiful is celebrated.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$22.60 - $26.00/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
