Job summary

Sephora Corte Madera Town Center is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will help create a welcoming environment, keep the store visually ready, and assist clients with beauty solutions while embracing Sephora's inclusive beauty community.

The role is hourly and non-exempt with flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$22.60 - $26.00/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
