Job summary

Sephora in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client service while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help keep the store stocked and visually ready, assist with merchandising, and uphold Sephora standards in a fast-paced, inclusive team environment.

Flexible scheduling with 0–14 hours per week and availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
