Sephora in Cumming, GA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. Availability during peak retail times including nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with 0–14 hours per week. This role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and excellent client service.

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.


• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.


• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.


• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
