Job summary

Sephora Ontario Mills in Ontario, CA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and support store operations during peak times.

You will keep the floor stocked and visually ready, assist with merchandising, and help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued. This hourly, non-exempt role requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, with 0–14 hours weekly as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
