Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate at our Ontario Mills store. You will support store operations and onstage service during peak times, ensuring a welcoming, visually ready environment and helping customers with your knowledge and enthusiasm.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling (0–14 hours per week) and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. You will work in a fast-paced team, upholding Sephora standards and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$20.85 - $23.98/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
