Job summary

Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate for the Redlands, CA store to deliver an outstanding client experience and support store operations during peak moments. You will help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store, assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily tasks, and collaborate with team members to meet sales goals while providing friendly, service-driven support to guests.

Flexible scheduling is required, with 0-14 hours per week and availability for nights, weekends and holidays;

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$20.85 - $23.98/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
