Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate at the Milpitas store (CA-The Great Mall) to deliver exceptional client experiences during peak moments. You will help with store operations, merchandising, and create a welcoming environment while ensuring the store remains visually appealing and aligned with Sephora brand standards.

This on-site role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with 0–14 hours per week depending on business needs.

Your Role at Sephora

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$22.60 - $26.00/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
