Sephora in Milpitas is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional service, support store operations, and assist with onstage service during peak moments. You will maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Key duties include supporting sales goals, inventory management, and merchandising, while upholding Sephora standards and safety. The role offers weekly hours with peak scheduling during nights, weekends, and holidays.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$22.60 - $26.00/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
