Job summary

Sephora in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak periods. You will deliver outstanding client experiences, maintain a visually attractive, fully stocked store, and collaborate with a dynamic team.

This hourly role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours weekly) and requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$20.85 - $23.98/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
