Job summary

Sephora in Midland, TX is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will deliver a welcoming shopping experience, keep the store visually ready, and help customers with their beauty needs in a fast-paced environment.

This hourly, flex position offers 0–14 hours per week with availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong teamwork, excellent communication, and reliability are essential to belong to the Sephora team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
