Job summary

Sephora in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help keep the store stocked, visually ready, and welcoming for shoppers.

This role requires flexibility with hours (0–14 per week), availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and a readiness to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or hospitality experience is helpful, as is strong teamwork and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
