Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You'll ensure a welcoming atmosphere while keeping the store stocked and visually ready.

This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You'll collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold Sephora standards.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.

Compensation: $19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
