Job summary

Sephora Boise is seeking a Seasonal Associate to help deliver an outstanding client experience and support store operations during peak moments. You will help maintain a visually ready store, assist with merchandising, and ensure excellent service while promoting Sephora’s inclusive brand ethos.

The role is hourly, with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates are retail-focused, team players with strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$16.60 -$19.30/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
