Job summary

Sephora Boise is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help create a welcoming environment, keep the store visually ready, and contribute to sales goals.

Flex scheduling is expected with 0–14 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role emphasizes excellent communication, strong organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation: $16.60 - $19.30/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
