Sephora USA, Inc. in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and contribute to a welcoming environment. Flex scheduling with hours 0–14 per week, including nights, weekends and holidays, is available to align with business needs.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$19.80 -$22.90/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
