Job summary

Sephora Belden Village in Canton, OH is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help keep the store stocked, visually ready, and welcoming in a fast-paced retail environment.

Flexible scheduling with 0–14 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or guest-service experience is preferred, along with strong organization, communication, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
