Job summary

Sephora in Bend, OR seeks a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak times. You will help deliver outstanding client experiences, maintain stock, and reflect Sephora's brand through merchandising.

Ideal candidates have retail or hospitality experience, strong organization, and excellent communication. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays with weekly hours up to 14.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
