Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak times. You’ll help deliver exceptional client experiences, maintain inventory, and assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand.

This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a 0–14 hour weekly schedule. We value a team-oriented, fast-paced performer who can lift up to 50 pounds and communicate effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$16.60 -$19.30/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
