Sephora in Ridgeland, MS is hiring a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will create a welcoming experience while keeping shelves stocked and visually appealing.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll assist with inventory, order fulfillment, and merchandising, ensuring policy compliance and a safe shopping environment. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with 0–14 hours weekly as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$16.60 - $19.30/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
