Job summary

Sephora in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience during peak moments. You’ll support store operations and onstage service, maintain a stocked, visually ready shop, and join a fast-paced, collaborative team.

This role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours weekly on a seasonal basis) with availability during nights, weekends and holidays, and opportunities to develop client service skills while belonging to Sephora’s inclusive beauty community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$21.75 - $24.88/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
