Job summary

Sephora Woodmore Towne Centre in Maryland is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help create a welcoming, visually ready store while delivering an outstanding client experience.

This hourly, part-time role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) and requires availability during nights, weekends and holidays through January. Pay ranges $19.80–$22.90 per hour, with benefits based on eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
