Job summary

Sephora VA-Short Pump store in Richmond is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help create a welcoming experience, keep the shelves stocked, and ensure an inviting environment where clients feel cared for.

This role is hourly, with flexible hours (0–14 per week) and requires availability during nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll work as part of a team that values inclusion, fast pace, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality, or client-focused experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
