Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager to work with the Local Manager to lead a small team during peak holiday operations. You’ll oversee daily photo operations, drive sales and guest service excellence, and ensure a magical Santa experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include hiring support, scheduling, training, inventory, and opening/closing procedures, with opportunities for growth within our souvenir photography division.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations including scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and assist guests with memorable souvenirs.
