Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Assistant Designer (Seasonal Product) to support design and development across key product categories for both DTC and Wholesale channels. You will create CADs, sketches, and PLM tech packs, while assisting in fabric and trim selection and maintaining line sheets and design boards.

The role requires 1–3 years in apparel design and proficiency with PLM/PDM, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A fast-paced, cross-functional environment and strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create CADs, sketches, and PLM Tech packs.

• Maintain line sheets and design boards.
• Track sample status and support development updates.
