Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to maintain a safe environment for customers and employees. You will support safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and partner with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence.

You will work with the Asset Protection Manager and local law enforcement, monitor CCTV, conduct investigations, enforce procedures, and help train store teams on asset prevention, using RFID and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or asset protection preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm, professional approach to safety situations.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity.
• Support investigations by gathering data and responding to alarms.
• Enforce safety and security procedures to promote a safe store environment.
• Execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools.
• Complete incident, investigation, and security metric reports.
• Assist in training store teams on asset prevention and coordinate with management on action plans.
