All City Management Services in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Area Supervisor to lead School Crossing Guard teams on a seasonal, school days only schedule. You will supervise field staff, ensure safety, and coordinate training and schedules while staying aligned with company policies.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, reliability, and the ability to use phones, email, and printing tools.

Qualifications

• Must meet ACMS School Crossing Guard qualifications.
• Strong leadership, organization, and time-management.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Comfort with smartphones, email, printing, scanning.
• Use company devices for timekeeping and mileage tracking.
• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Fingerprinting/drug/alcohol screening required.
• Seasonal role aligned with the school year.
• Residents near Las Vegas ZIPs 89147/89103/89146 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field supervision and support to Adult School Crossing Guards.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coordinate staff schedules.
• Step in as a School Crossing Guard when needed.
• Conduct orientations and ongoing safety training.
• Complete administrative and payroll documentation on time.
• Perform site performance evaluations within timelines.
• Maintain inventory and employee documents.
• Attend required staff meetings.
