All City Management Services, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead our School Crossing Guard program in Newark and Union City, CA. This is a part-time, seasonal role aligned with the local school calendar.

You will recruit, train, and coach guards; provide daily field supervision; conduct visits and evaluations; coordinate staffing; and handle payroll and reporting. The position demands reliable transportation and comfort with smartphones and email.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to complete required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach School Crossing Guards
• Provide daily support and field supervision
• Conduct site visits, safety observations, and evaluations
• Coordinate staffing and schedules
• Step in as a School Crossing Guard when needed
• Complete payroll and administrative reporting
• Maintain uniforms, equipment, and program supplies
