Job summary

All City Management Services is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead our School Crossing Guard program in Newark and Union City, CA. This part-time, seasonal role follows the local school calendar and includes supervision, training, and hands-on leadership to help keep students safe on their commutes.

Compensation is $25.00 per hour with a company cell phone and tablet provided, plus eligibility for a year-end bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using smartphones, email and technology.
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must successfully complete background screenings.
• Residence near North Olathe preferred due to response times.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach School Crossing Guards
• Provide daily support and field supervision
• Conduct site visits, safety observations, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate staffing and schedules
• Step in as a School Crossing Guard when needed
• Complete payroll and administrative reporting
• Maintain uniforms, equipment, and program supplies
