The City of Hobbs is seeking a Slide Attendant to support lifeguards and ensure safe use of the slides at its aquatics facilities. You will help monitor participants, assist with operations, and participate in required safety trainings.

Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required within 30 days of employment.

• Experience working at aquatics facilities is highly desirable.
• Bilingual preferred.

• Interact with Lifeguards to safely, effectively, and efficiently operate the City of Hobbs aquatics facilities.
• Ensure the safety of all participants and complete other duties as assigned to promote safety and operations.
• Attend all in-service trainings regarding safety and aquatics operations that Lifeguards are required to attend.
