Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Seasonal Accounting Assistant – AP/Revenue Audit to support the Accounting team during the winter season. Primary duties include vendor invoice data entry and daily revenue reconciliation, with a secondary focus on sales posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Accurate, high-volume data entry with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks across accounting functions.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system following established coding and approvals.
• Match invoices to supporting documents prior to entry.
• Enter paper and electronic expense reports for review by the Sr. AP Lead.
• Enter daily cashier tie-out and sales reconciliation data under direction.
• Assist with daily sales postings and bank deposits as needed.
• Maintain AP and revenue audit files per company policy.
• Cross-train in payroll data entry as volume requires.
