Boyne Resorts’ The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Seasonal Accounting Assistant - AP/Revenue Audit to support the Accounting team during peak winter months, with primary responsibility for accounts payable data entry and a secondary, ongoing role in revenue audit reconciliation and sales posting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume data entry.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage tasks across multiple accounting functions.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system with approved workflows.
• Match invoices to supporting documents before entry.
• Enter expense reports for review by Sr. AP Lead.
• Assist with daily cashier tie-out and sales reconciliation data.
• Support daily sales postings and bank deposits as needed.
• Maintain AP and revenue audit files per policy.
• Cross-train in payroll data entry and assist when volume requires.
• Move between AP, revenue audit, and payroll tasks as priorities shift.
• Collaborate with Sr. AP Lead and Accounting Clerk/Revenue Auditor.
