Job summary

Leidos is seeking a McMurdo Area Management Senior Administrative Coordinator to deliver broad administrative and organizational support while deployed to McMurdo Station for the Antarctic Support Contract (ASC). This seasonal role requires US citizenship and a Public Trust clearance, with deployment periods around 20 weeks/year and a salary range of $60,000–$64,000 plus deployment premiums.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with business, scientific and/or military documentation and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ASC area management and McMurdo Station staff.
• Coordinate meeting scheduling and facilitate meetings.
• Manage information, documentation, and reporting for programmatic goals and contractual obligations.
• Act as a point of contact for ASC area and station management.
• Support EOC recorder duties on a rotating 24/7 on-call basis.
